Before a private session, I talk with you to understand your goals, expectations, and issues. Then the effort is to make you comfortable while I guide you verbally, in small moves that can release some muscles and activate others. You will give me words that tell me what you are feeling, as we both learn what calms your nervous system, allowing you to observe movements in a very new way. These individual sessions can help you understand why you’re experiencing issues and what solutions might be available.
Private 60-minute sessions are $70 and on Zoom.

These are easy to do, and no experience is necessary. You’ll listen and follow instructions that will encourage you to move gently, with ease and little effort. You are encouraged to explore your curiosity about how you move without trying
to achieve specific goals.

Classes often follow a theme through the month, to attract people. It is important to know that each lesson is a standalone event. Most people can join at any point, although people with interesting issues are invited to talk to me before signing up to learn if the class can be adapted.

This month I am looking to help everyone who feels that their head, neck and shoulders need care to join me for Zoom lessons.
On each Tuesday and Friday I will have you move in interesting ways that will encourage your body to find ways so the tension in your head and neck is either not created or is released!
The class on Friday morning starts March 5th at 10:00AM
- Office workers tied to the screen
- Those challenged in getting to the floor
- Those who have limited space
